Marzuki Usman
President Commissioner / Independent CommissionerA graduate of Gajah Mada University (1969) and Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, USA (1975), brings a wealth of experience to his role. He began his career as a staff member at the Directorate General of Finance, Ministry of Finance (1969-1972), serving as Assistant Personal Staff to the Minister of Finance (1971-1972). He then went on to lead the Monetary Division at the Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Finance (1972-1977) and held positions as Director of Investment and State Wealth at the Directorate General of Monetary (1977-1980) and Director of Financial Institutions and Accounting at the Directorate General of Monetary (1980-1988). Marzuki Usman served as the Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) from 1988 to 1991 and as the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency (1991-1995). He also took on the role of Secretary to the State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises Development/Deputy for State-Owned Enterprises Administration (1998), Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (1998-1999), State Minister for Investment/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) (1999), and Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia (2001). Since 1997 and to this day, he has remained active as a Senior Advisor to PT Bursa Efek Indonesia and serves as the President Commissioner in several publicly listed companies.

He began his career as a staff member at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLL Japan (2004), followed by roles at Asset Managers Co., Ltd (2008), Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. (2009), Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd (2010), Dogan Inc. (2014), and has been a part of Shinoken Group Co., Ltd since 2015.
Dani Hotron Tampubolon
President DirectorA graduate of the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (2009) and the Faculty of Law at Krisnadwipayana University (2022). He commenced his career as a Research Analyst at PT Phillip Securities Indonesia (2009), served as an Investment and Research Function Executive at PT Brent Asset Management (2011), held the position of Investment and Research Function Coordinator at PT Brent Manajemen Investasi (2013), and worked as an Investment and Research Function Coordinator at PT Bowsprit Asset Management (2014).
He joined PT Shinoken Asset Management Indonesia as a Director in 2018 and was appointed as the President Director in 2020. He is authorized as an Investment Manager, Underwriter of Securities Issuance, and Securities Trading Intermediary by the Financial Services Authority, based on the Decisions of the Financial Services Authority Commissioner No. Kep-73/BL/WMI/2011 dated October 31st, 2011, No. Kep-06/BL/WPEE/2010 dated March 05th, 2010, and No. Kep-310/BL/WPPE/2009 dated August 21st, 2009. Dani Hotron Tampubolon is responsible for overseeing the company‘s operations, developing products and service offerings, conducting asset securitization in the form of KIK DIRE, KIK DINFRA, KIK RDPT, and managing marketing functions.

With over 22 years of experience in the capital market industry, Nene has held various positions in product development, operations, compliance, and risk management at renowned firms, including Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management, Indo Premier Investment Management, Principal Asset Management, BNP Paribas Asset Management, and Manulife Asset Management Indonesia. Before joining PT Shinoken Asset Management, Nene served as a Director and Head of Sharia Investment Unit at Majoris Asset Management.
Nene is licensed as an Investment Manager by the Financial Services Authority based on the Decree of the Commissioner Council of the Financial Services Authority No. KEP-29/BL/WMI/2010 dated October 19th, 2010. Additionally, Nene is recognized as a Sharia Capital Market Expert by TICMI with Registration No. SKPMS-000138 dated October 4th, 2018.
