Marzuki Usman is a president commissioner of PT Shinoken Asset Management Indonesia. Marzuki is an expert in capital markets. Usman was head of Indonesian Capital Market Agency from 1988 - 1992 and have created Jakarta Stock Exchange’s “Golden Era”. And in 1993, Usman was appointed as the commissioner of Jakarta Stock Exchange and became the head of Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in 2001. After that, Marzuki served in several important roles in politically and non-politically capacities.
Hiroshi Uesaka is a commissioner of PT Shinoken Asset Management Indonesia. Prior to joining PT Shinoken Asset Management Indonesia, Uesaka was an investment director of Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd, Japanese investment management company under Mizuho Financial Group, from 2010, being responsible for fundraising, investment and divestment. Before that, Uesaka was an investment manager of Asset Managers Co., Ltd, Japanese property fund management company, from 2007 and senior consultant of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Uesaka holds a Japanese CPA license.
Dani Hotron Tampubolon joined with PT Shinoken Asset Management Indonesia, December 2018. He graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara Jakarta in 2009 and holds some professional licenses: WMI (investment manager), WPPE (broker dealer) and WPEE (underwriter) and has expertise to manage KIK DIRE (REIT’s), KIK DINFRA and RDPT.
Nene has more than 22 years experience in the capital market industry. He has held several positions in the product development, operational and compliance & risk management division in several companies including Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management, Indo Premier Investment Management, Prinipal Asset Management, BNP Paribas Asset Management and Manulife Asset Management Indonesia . Nene graduated from a sharia master degree at The Tazkia School of Islamic Economics. He holds an Investment Manager license from OJK and a Capital Market Sharia Expert certificate from TICMI. Before joining Shinoken Asset Management, he was Former Director and Head of the Sharia Investment Unit at Majoris Asset Management.
